Water Tower Boot Camp

Start with 10 sets of those infamous water tower stairs to rock your cardio and tone the hell out of your legs, plus do intervals of upper-body and core exercises at the top of the tower using resistance bands.
Stair Boot Camp
6:00 - 7:00am | Top of the E. Howe Stairs (map)
272 steps! Mix a couple trips up the Howe stairs with intervals of upper-body and core exercises at the top using resistance bands. You'll love to hate it, but don't be surprised if you can't wait to come back for more.
Sculpt
6:30 - 7:30pm | Miller Comm. Center, Studio II (map)
This lower intensity class uses dumbbells to help you get your weight-lifting on. Working with weights is essential in reducing body fat, and I'll help coach you through exercises like deadlifts, back rows, chest presses to sculpt your body.

* MUST bring a set of dumbbells, or RSVP with Madelyn to borrow a pair of hers!
Cardio Kickboxing + Core Crunch

Rev your cardio way up to a level we rarely achieve with high intensity shadow-boxing. Then finish things off with a 25-minute ab-tastic voyage that brings you miles closer to your dream six-pack.
