![]() We're nearing the end of a productive, gorgeous summer, so let's give it all we've got! If you've been to any of my classes, you know by now that "the last rep is the best rep!" All that energy you've been storing up, all that strength you've been building all summer, let's put it to some good use and go all in for the last session. We have 5 weeks to give it all we've got--Let's kick some ass! Classes are 1 hour (mornings) or 1 hour and 15 minutes (evenings) in Volunteer Park in Capitol Hill. Session 3 is from August 25th--September 24th. Once you've signed up, you will secure your spot for the entire session, and we'll put your name on our roster. Pricing: Pay ahead of time in chunks to ensure your success and allow flexibility within your schedule! $50/ 5 classes $15/ class Or pay for an entire session and come when it's convenient for you! Pre-paid packages are for 5 week sessions.
