Push yourself to the max in this total-body conditioning class, and take your fitness to the next level. We use resistance bands, speed drills, plyometrics, and agility exercises to increase your strength and cardio endurance.
Pricing is simple: $15 for a drop-in class or $100 for a 10 class pack. Just bring cash or a check ith you to class or use PayPal to purchase online.
