Join Madelyn and her team of passionate instructors with an explosive approach to fitness

Each instructor uses his or her own special style in combination with plyometrics, strength training, speed drills and agility exercises to provide each member with a challenging, yet rewarding workout.

Upcoming Events
Monday BOOT CAMP!
You want hard-core fitness? You got it! We play the music loud, rev the
cardio intensity up high, and push ourselves to new limits in this
total-body workout that leaves no muscle untouched. Your choice of light-medium
or medium-hard resistence bands and high reps tone your body in boot camp, and
Madelyn will make sure that every class is a new fitness adventure. R.S.V.P.

Last year MadAbs ran the Big Climb up the Columbia Tower with a small group of 4 and raised over 1,000. This year we want to put together a massive team and hit an even higher goal. Sign up now for the training group who hits the Eastlake stairs on Saturday afternoons to get pumped and ready for the sprint of a lifetime.
