MadAbs Fitness is a class-oriented fitness center that will will sculpt your body, make you smile, and leave you leaner and stronger in both mind and body.

Join Madelyn and her team of passionate instructors with an explosive approach to fitness to challenge your body and help you drive your fitness to the next level.

Each instructor uses his or her own special style in combination with plyometrics, strength training, speed drills and agility exercises to provide each member with a challenging, yet rewarding workout.

We are here to help you, to push you, and to ensure that you succeed!

BOOT CAMPS CONTINUE!
You want hard-core fitness? You got it! Did you miss out on the Monday night classes in February? No problem! Join us on Thursday nights in March and April for 5 weeks of intense, total-body workouts that leaves no muscle untouched. Your choice of light-medium or medium-hard resistence bands and high reps tone your body in boot camp, and Madelyn will make sure that every class is a new fitness adventure.
