Each instructor uses his or her own special style in combination with plyometrics, strength training, speed drills and agility exercises to provide each member with a challenging, yet rewarding workout.

Upcoming Events
Session 6: August 16 - September 20 (5-week session)
You want hard-core fitness? You got it. These two classes have it all: a total body workout
that uses plyometrics, strength training, agility drills and resistance bands that leave no
muscle group untouched. The classic Outdoor Boot Camp that started it all is on Monday nights
in Volunteer Park, and the indoor version "Body Blitz" runs on Thursdays at the Miller Community
Center Annex Gym. Both locations offer free parking!
